Fitness Training is more than just Losing Weight
This is why I don’t train clients to just loose weight.
I teach them the joy of movement, how to really love the process, to fall in love with feeling good, to get addicted to being empowered, strong and driven.
When you hit that level consciousness, when you start chasing bigger goals than just loosing a few pounds it’s becomes a completely different ball game. You are no longer a part of mediocrity. You start representing evolution, growth and becoming a new kind of super human species all together. A lot of us don’t even know how it feels to be connected to that elevated consciousness.
A lot of us are chasing abs, ass and the reflection in the mirror when we could be chasing the super natural abilities hidden right within us. Time to wake up people, time to tap into the divine and your true potential.
